Our Journey

From a Crisis Response to Ottawa's Community Backbone

In March 2020, at the height of COVID-19, President Parmod Chhabra saw seniors isolated, families struggling, and newcomers stranded without support. He gathered volunteers and began delivering groceries, medicines, and hope.

What started as an informal care group expanded rapidly — distributing food and hygiene kits, offering transportation for seniors, assisting international students, and countering COVID-19 misinformation.

Built on one simple belief: when we care, we share.
